Refund policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange at the same value.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return of your purchase is allowed if the product delivered meets one of the following conditions: 

  • Item received is wrong or damaged
  • Item received is the wrong size
  • Items received does not fit
  • Item is damaged due to damaged or faulty packaging 

If you need to return or exchange a product, send an email to support@rightonstyles.com and provide the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos that clearly show the damaged 
  • Provide information for

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
